The General Terms and Conditions of Purchase (GTCP) govern the fundamental legal relations between the supplier and ARG mbH & Co. KG concerning all ordered goods and services. Furthermore, the GTCP set out the rights and obligations of the parties unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
